By participating in the event hosted by the Oregon Athlete Foundation ("OAF"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risk: Participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the Oregon Athlete Foundation from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.
Safety Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety during the event. OAF does not assume responsibility for the actions or conduct of participants.
Photo Release: You grant the Oregon Athlete Foundation the right to photograph, videotape, or otherwise capture your likeness and image during the event. You agree that OAF may use these photographs or recordings for promotional or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, or promotional materials. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of these images.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Oregon Athlete Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of your participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
Modification and Termination: The Oregon Athlete Foundation reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the event for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, OAF shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expenses, or damages incurred by participants.
Consent: By participating in the event, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms of this disclaimer and release of liability.
